Axe throwing is an activity in which you throw an axe at a wooden target, trying to get the highest score possible. At The Axe Club, we combine axe throwing with games, challenges, and competition to make the experience fun from the very first throw.
At The Axe Club, you can try axe throwing in Barcelona, near the Sagrada Familia. We have a space set up so you can throw axes safely and enjoy the experience with your partner, friends, family, or coworkers.
No. You don't need to have thrown an axe before. Before you start, our war chiefs will explain the technique and safety rules to you and will be with you throughout the session so you can learn from scratch.
Our sessions can last between 1 and 2 hours, depending on the format you choose. During this time, you'll enjoy axe throwing, games, challenges, and competitions with the rest of the group.
You can come with as few as two people or in large groups. If you're a large group, a company, or would like to organize a private event, we can tailor the format to the number of participants.
This activity is recommended for those ages 12 and older. Children must be accompanied by an adult and comply with the center's participation and safety guidelines.
Yes. The activity is conducted in accordance with safety guidelines and under the supervision of our instructors. Before we begin, we explain how to use the axe properly, how to throw it, and the rules that must be followed during the session.
The most important thing is to wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing. You don't need any special equipment to participate.
After the launch event, you're welcome to stay and have a drink at our tavern. We have craft beers and mead, as well as board games and other areas where you can continue the fun.
